How We Run an Apartment or Share Move
We start with the walkthrough and the building’s rules. If the management office or HOA needs a COI to reserve the elevator or hold a loading zone, we file it ahead of time. On move day we pad the elevator, run runners down the hallways, and protect the door frames and stair rails — the things that get you charged a deposit if they are scuffed. Furniture is blanket-wrapped, beds and tables come apart, and boxes are stacked and labeled by room. For a share house, we can coordinate a same-day turnover: one group’s belongings out, the next group’s in, without leaving the place a mess in between.
