Our office sits at 1430 County Road 39 in Southampton, right on the main road into the village, and it’s where Eleanor runs the COI desk and writes the flat quotes. Reach out with both addresses, the size of the home, whether the gate needs a Certificate of Insurance, and the week you have in mind, and we’ll get you a flat written figure — usually the same day.
We answer the phone and the contact form Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm, and Saturday 8am to 4pm. In the thick of the summer season the calendar fills fast, so if you’ve got a move planned between Memorial Day and Labor Day — or an association that needs a week to clear the COI — the sooner you reach out, the smoother it goes.
What to have ready
- Pickup and delivery addresses, and the hamlet each one is in
- Whether either property is in a gated community or HOA that requires a COI
- The size of the home and anything fragile that needs crating — art, antiques, a piano, marble, wine
- Your preferred move week, and whether you’ll need off-season storage
